Terms

These are operating terms for the ClaimWorkbench trial and subscription. Have counsel review them before a paying customer relies on them. Last updated October 6, 2026.

ClaimWorkbench helps a shop assemble manufacturer warranty claim packages and track them to credit. The shop submits the claim in the manufacturer or distributor portal. ClaimWorkbench does not file the claim, does not guarantee a credit, and does not replace the brand's current rules.

The subscription is $99 per month after a 14-day trial. The trial does not require a card. When the trial ends, new claim assembly stops. The ledger stays readable. The owner can cancel in the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation does not delete the ledger. Deleting the account does.

Checklists are starter procedures for the launch brands. Confirm the live portal before you treat a denial as an error in the checklist. The free warranty check can return "cannot determine" when registration or the install date is unknown.
